  • Personal Items

    We kindly request that all personal items be removed from your vehicle prior to our service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

  • Liability Limitations

    While we take utmost care during the detailing process, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or defects in your vehicle. Any concerns should be addressed before the service begins.

  • Service Guarantee

    We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make it right.

  • Dogs

    For the safety of your beloved dogs and our team, please secure any dogs for the duration of the scheduled appointment.

  • Pre-Service Requirements

    Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and there is adequate space for our team to work. If your vehicle is in a restricted area or difficult to access, we may not be able to perform the service as scheduled.

  • Service Area Limitations

    Our mobile detailing services are available within the Seminole County Area. Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond this area.

  • Hidden Damage

    During the interior cleaning of vehicles, there is a possibility that pre-existing damage, particularly to plastic components, may become more apparent. If you suspect that your vehicle has any such hidden damage, we encourage you to inform our team before the service. This will allow us to take appropriate preventative measures to ensure the best possible outcome for your vehicle's cleaning.

  • Gate Code

    To ensure seamless access to your community, please provide any necessary gate codes or access instructions when scheduling your appointment. This helps us streamline our service and ensures prompt arrival at your location.

  • Weather Conditions

    Services are subject to weather conditions. In case of inclement weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible if changes are necessary.

  • Service Duration

    The duration of the detailing service may vary based on the condition and size of your vehicle. We aim to complete each service within the estimated time frame but appreciate your understanding in case of any delays.

  • Shaded Area

    For the best service experience, we kindly ask for parking in shaded areas whenever possible. This helps us maintain optimal conditions for detailing your vehicle and ensures the quality of our work.

  • Appointment Cancellations

    We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
