Service Guarantee:

1. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will make every effort to address your concerns and rectify any issues.

2. Service Re-Do: If the service did not meet your expectations, we will gladly offer a complimentary re-do of the specific service to correct any issues, provided you notify us within 24 hours of the initial service.

Refund Policy:

1. Eligibility for Refund:
    – Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
    – Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service date.
    – Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, pre-existing conditions of the vehicle, etc.).

2. Process for Refund:

    – We may request photos or an in-person inspection of the vehicle to assess the situation.

3. Approval and Issuance:

    – If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exclusions:

– Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
– Promotional Services: Services purchased at a discounted rate during promotions are not eligible for refunds.
